It had been a long day, and {First Name or Nickname} {Last Name} was ready to hit the sack. As usual, she was looking forward to her favorite bedtime activity - reading her fishing catalog.

Although she rarely caught anything, {First Name or Nickname} was hooked on fishing. If she could only learn to land the big ones in {Hometown}!

Certainly {First Name or Nickname}, at the ripe old age of {Age}, was no longer a child. However, {Friend(s)} suspected that deep down, she would always be a kid at heart when it came to fishing.

Fortunately for {First Name or Nickname}, nobody knew Bobber Bear was her hero! She carried her bear with her on every fishing trip.

Being a real snoozer, {First Name or Nickname} began to doze off. She started to dream she had become Bobber Bear.

This was the most exciting dream she had ever had in her whole life! {Fishing Partner}, her fishing pal, was also transformed into a bear.

Now, to most of us, being transformed into a bear might be cause for a little concern. But {First Name or Nickname} was excited about it!

After all, bears, unlike herself, often catch fish. Not wanting to waste the opportunity, {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} hurriedly entered the local fishing tournament. Maybe this time they would win...something!

{First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} checked out sinkers, flies, hooks, floats and anything else they might need for the fishing contest at The Best Little Lure House. They also found time to pick up a few munchies and some cold beverages.

{First Name or Nickname} didn't have enough pocket change to buy the new boat she admired. You'd think anything was possible in a dream!

Next, {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} decided a visit to a fish aquarium would be beneficial. Last year, after being skunked at the tournament, {First Name or Nickname} had bought a rather large fish to fool {Friend(s)}.

Embarrassingly, though, the fish she had purchased was not even local to the area. {First Name or Nickname}'s credibility as a fishing wizard went right down the drain!

Before they knew it, they were at their favorite fishing hole, {Hometown/Favorite Fishing Location}. {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} opened their cold beverages and started some serious fishing.

As usual, the bites were incredible! Unfortunately, only the mosquitos and flies enjoyed the action.

Several hours (and beverages) later, {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} were getting discouraged. Despite being fishing bears, they still weren't catching any fish!

"Phew, it sure seems hot today," exclaimed {First Name or Nickname}. "I'm sure I've had too much sun!" She opened yet another beverage.

After trying all their other lures, they decided to switch to worms. Worms wiggled so much, and because {First Name or Nickname} was also a klutz, she often hooked herself, not the worm. Mercifully, {Fishing Partner} agreed to bait her hook.

"We've got to catch something," they both agreed. "Otherwise, we'll have to listen to all that ridicule from {Friend(s)} again this year.

{First Name or Nickname} prided herself on being a skilled angler. There was nothing she couldn't do with a rod and line.

However, today her coordination seemed to be off. This was just more proof she had already had too much------sun!

After losing more than a few worms, sinkers and hooks, {First Name or Nickname} was finally successful.

"Looks like a fish, only smaller!" quipped {Fishing Partner}.

"Well, at least I caught something that was alive!" retorted {First Name or Nickname}. "I can't wait to show {Friend(s)} the 20-pound boot you hooked."

{First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} had been fishing for hours and had only caught that one small fish. "I can't believe this!" complained {First Name or Nickname}. "I thought bears always caught lots of fish!"

"Why don't you just wind in your line, and let's eat our lunch?" {Fishing Partner} asked. "Then we can go Home."

"I can't now," grumbled {First Name or Nickname}, "I think I'm snagged again."

Suddenly, there was a big jerk on the end of {First Name or Nickname}'s line. No...it wasn't {Fishing Partner}.

"LOOK!" {First Name or Nickname} shouted, as she grabbed her rod.

Both {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} were absolutely amazed when a humongous fish jumped out of the water.

Now {First Name or Nickname} and {Fishing Partner} knew the sun must really be affecting them. They imagined this fish was so-o-o big that it started pulling their boat!

Of course, never having caught a big fish before, they thought it wasn't hard for their imaginations to play such a trick on them. However, they were going so fast, {Fishing Partner} had to hold on to keep from flying out of the boat along with everything else!

As the story goes, the boat went faster and faster. Furthermore, it was claimed that fishermen came from miles around to witness this incredible event.

{First Name or Nickname} clearly remembered {Friend(s)} cheering (or was it jeering?) from the shore. "I'm going to catch this fish and win the trophy even if it takes me all night!" declared a determined {First Name or Nickname}.

To everyone's surprise, especially {Friend(s)}, {First Name or Nickname} somehow managed to land the fish. Even more unbelievable, she was proclaimed the winner of the fishing tournament.

"{First Name or Nickname}! Wake up!" said {Fishing Partner}, shaking {First Name or Nickname} out of her dream. "I just entered us in the fishing tournament. Let's go now, or we'll be late!"

{First Name or Nickname} had only one question. "Where can I rent a bear outfit?"
